Sanford Health has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician to provide medical care to patients of Thief River Falls, MN and the surrounding area.
POSITION TITLE: Family Medicine Physician POSITION DUTIES: Provide medical services to patients of all ages for medical conditions on an outpatient and inpatient basis, including diagnosis, treatment, and help in preventing diseases and injuries that commonly occur in the general population. EDUCATION: Medical degree or foreign equivalent in Medicine TRAINING: Family Medicine residency. Number of months of training required is dependent upon the number of months necessary to complete medical training leading to completion of Family Medicine residency program. LICENSE: Minnesota state medical license or ability to obtain. BC/BE
Compensation Package
Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
