Sanford Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician in Bemidji, MN

• The department consists of nine physicians and two advanced practice providers

• Practice options: outpatient only, outpatient with the option to follow your inpatients, OB

• Established hospitalist program

• Shared nursing home call with FM and IM

• Integrated behavioral health therapist and community health worker available

• Multi-specialty clinic

• 118 bed hospital, 10 bed ICU

• Level III trauma center

• ER volumes- 27,000 annually
